Version 3.1 · updated through 2026-08-31

Snakestaff Systems maintains this living record when Snakestaff products are reported to have been used in real-world, non-training situations. The main purpose is internal product performance monitoring, particularly identifying possible failures or defects. It also provides a public record of the reports we receive.

Our intent is to include every real-world use known to us, regardless of injury severity, patient outcome, or whether the product worked as expected.
