A civilian witnessed an e-bike collide head-on with the driver's front corner of a Chevrolet Suburban. After calling 911 and retrieving a personal IFAK, the applicator assessed two injured juveniles. The 13-year-old had a severe open leg injury with exposed bone and heavy bleeding. The ETQ was carefully maneuvered over the exposed injury, cinched, and the windlass tightened and secured before EMS arrival.
Police and EMS arrived and both injured patients were transported to the nearest trauma center for further treatment.
